SEA developed a marketing communications campaign to reposition scrap metal business LKM Recycling as one of the South East’s leading recycling management businesses. This involved changing the perceptions of LKM’s business customers and members of the local community. Before embarking on the design, SEA began by conducting detailed research to establish current perceptions of LKM amongst customers and the community; to review the current marketplace, customers and competitors; and to identify current European and UK legislation and government initiatives.
SEA also created a template for a regular client newsletter and created an exhibition pack with pullups and presentation cases to display raw materials, as well as working on a specific advertising campaign for their car scrapping initiative to run in local papers.
The feedback from the LKM team and their clients have been positive and we are continuing to support them with their sales agenda going forward.
