Promoting new and existing developments, SEA worked with Pentland Homes to create a suite of marketing materials that gave a sense of the lifestyle afforded by these luxury developments. Using concept models, computer generated impressions and floorplans, as well as photography of show homes within existing developments, SEA set about creating a visual identity of the proposition for various sales brochures, also sourcing local images to illustrate the benefits of the area and way of life.
A suite of advertisements were created for the lifecycle of each development, giving strong calls to action, particularly with regards to financial incentives and number of properties remaining. Consideration was given to the types of publications booked, both local and further afield (including the Metro and Evening Standard), to promote the easy commute to the capital and cost effective local property prices. PR was also secured in key publications to complement the advertising campaign.
Other promotional materials, including a video commercial of the show home were also produced for the campaign.
