SEA for EFFECTIVE INTERNAL & EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS Working with teams for over 30 years

Pentagon Shopping Centre – Retail

Pentagon Shopping Centre have been a long-standing client of SEA and over the years we have managed numerous projects from seasonal promotional activities, to specific events and competitions.

Every season, we would develop the look and feel of printed communications, including store directory leaflets, banners, advertisements and window graphics. These would advertise new store openings, special offers and upcoming events and activities for engagement with the public.

To capitalise on increased footfall over the festive period and to appeal to their family target market, SEA would manage a campaign to promote the centre’s grotto, including sourcing key components and creating graphics.

Key events for the client included Green Month, promoting the benefits of eco-friendly living, with SEA assisting with marketing in local publications, radio and around the centre, and sourcing and scheduling interesting activities and demonstrations. In addition, we managed PR, with a series of press releases sent to local publications to secure coverage in the lead up to and during the event.

Many of the campaigns ran with competitions to encourage visitor engagement and allow for data capture for future communications. One of the major competitions was to engage children and young people in designing large format banners for the centre. Liaising with local schools, application packs were provided for students, as well as being available for collection within the centre. In addition, SEA organised for the KM Group to be a media partner for the competition, who also ran the competition details and entry pack within their local papers. SEA produced all guidelines, terms and conditions, templates and application forms, as well as reviewing entries with the judging board and shortlisting finalists and a winner, who was awarded with a trip to Disneyland Paris. SEA artworked and printed all finalists banners for installation within the centre, and assisted the KM Group with PR.
