Effective marketing for the leisure and heritage sectors requires two things: marketing expertise (obviously) and an understanding of what makes people tick.
Market research will tell you a lot about what matters to the people visiting your attraction or facility. Is it child friendly? Is there plenty of parking? Are there any special events coming up? Once you know what these issues are, you can address them directly on your website, in your literature or on social media.
