During her nine years with SEA, Catherine’s role has developed and expanded to encompass accounts, HR and office management functions. A keen exponent of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) she has worked mainly in finance for the last 23 years, in both the Channel Islands and the UK, but has always been interested in people development and has been instrumental in helping the agency attain and maintain its IIP status.
