The technical brain behind seaPublish, SEA’s own brand website content management system (CMS), web guru Phil kick-started his career with a degree in Software Engineering from Oxford Brookes University School of Technology. He worked for a major London company as a front end web developer within Microsoft’s .NET development environment before moving to SEA to work with open source technologies, which give him more opportunity for greater creative input and technical direction.
